In July 2023 we paid £1688.51 for flights in October 2023. 18th of August Bravofly informed us that our flights had been cancelled by the airline for all passengers and they were starting the process of refund. However, they have only agreed to refund £183.25.
The only way to contact them is through my booking on their website, but you can never speak to anyone. The have no direct email address or telephone number so no way to contact them.
The airline's policy when they cancel a flight is for a full refund.
The have emailed my in December to inform me they are refunding the £183.25 despite my attempts to reject this. Where is the balance of £1583.52.
I tried contacting their parent company Last Minute but they do not respond.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU MAY RISK LOOSING YOUR MONEY.

Tip for consumers:
Despite this contract being made in the UK there is absolutely no way to contact them unless you write to their address in Switzerland
