The customer service was incredibly disappointing as they mistakenly shipped my package to a completely incorrect address. Despite my daily calls to rectify the situation, they claimed inability to change the delivery address or cancel the order. Consequently, a random individual received a free Christmas gift on me, yet they adamantly refused to issue a refund. This experience feels like a scam, aggravated by their remote working setup where calls are abruptly ended if a baby cries in the background.

I switched from Verizon to tmobile 4 months ago and I regret it, I have to call them twice a month to fx my bill, you will never have the same bill never, every time they apologize and promise to give you credit back, never happen it they will change you again and again for things you didn't order or used. Not worth your time energy and money. Going back to Verizon..

They take the money and never send the item, they provide tracking number but no item received, don't bother to buy from them ever.
