I have used this company successfully for years I ordered a military jet calendar to b drop shipped to my sister. She opened it to wrap and it is a Pittsburg Steelers calendar! Quite a difference who is pulling these orders? I am still waiting listening to customer service " we appreciate your patience"! Last time they will get my order

We are so sorry we sent the wrong item to your sister. I also apologize for the lengthy wait time you experienced when you called us. We get the vast majority of our calls every year between the months of November through January. If you attempt to contact us during those months, the wait time will be extremely long.
