I ordered this mug for a friend for Christmas. I ordered it around the same time as I ordered several other packages from Amazon. While the tracker on the delivery website said the package was delivered, I never received a package. I emailed the company as soon as I realized they said it was delivered and I didn't have it. Well its January 12th now, and I still don't have the mug, and also they are refusing to refund me for my purchase. I'd like to point out I received all my package from Amazon that same week with no problem as expected. I understand things happen and it might not have been their fault, but the customer (me) is the only one paying for this mistake, and this surely wasn't my fault either. I will not be ordering anything else from this company and will be posting negative reviews on many websites. I would have expected them to care about good customer service a little more.
