Places an online order - paid EXPRESS SHIPPING $17. They shipped it USPS and stated they do not Guarantee shipping carrier nor delivery date even though I was given a specific delivery date at order. Did not ship until the delivery date I was given. The representative spoke in a "Minnie Mouse" voice to try to calm my aggravation. Offered le 20% on next order. Pathetic. Will not be ordering from them again.
