I gave them my insurance card and told them to make sure they were in my insurance network provider list. They presumably looked it up and said that they were.
Later I got a large bill from them and my insurance said that they were not on the insurance provider list.
If they would have told me the truth, I wouldn't have used them.
I wish I had never gone to this dentist office and will never go to them again. I will also never recomment them to anyone.
I just want to warn others.

I placed a large order with Bob Perkins over 10 years ago. I contacted him many time within that period. He keeps promising to send my items, but so far I haven't gotten anything. He is just a loud mouth thief. If I could give him a lot of negative stars I would, but the lowest I can give on this site is a one.

Who ever runs this site could learn a lot from eBay. I tried to update a change of my email address & it is impossible. No response from the people running the site, if there is anyone managing the site at all.
