I ordered 2 HTC phones on the 5/6/11 for £475, I hqve received no order confirmation only confirmation from the bank who processed the order that the money had gone through. Despite three calls to their customer service and numerous messages via their website I still have no written confirmation of the order. I have since tried to cancel the order but again no written confirmation. Absolute crooks avoid at all costs - see other experiences on trustpilot.co.uk and webutation.net
