Ordered 4 tickets for Bayern v Dortmund for my dads 70th birthday treat. Confirmation email came through immediately 4 tickets cat 2. Actually only got 2 tickets and they were cat 4. Help desk was useless eventually found me 2 more tickets. Which I had to pick up some where else entirely. Whole experience was terrible and feel extremely ripped off. Will never buy tickets from this website again.
