I ordered some soccer shoes. They were on backorder > 1 mo which made me question validity of site. I then found reviews with length of backorder as very common complaint. Do a mont goes by, then my backorder gets pushed back another month and a half. When I emailed to complain and cancel, the customer service rep had the nerve the "mansplain" what backorder means. As the line goes in Office Space goes — Soccer.com "can you tell me what you do here?" If you don't have inventory, or efficient shipping, or good customer service, what do you do here?
