I put 2 separate orders in the last 2 years for additional 2k subscribers. A week ago I lost almost 300 subscribers in 2 days. After logging to my audiencegain.net account, I noticed that the last order had a FAIL status. I have been in touch with customer service notifying them of my problem and as of 2 weeks there is no action. Their customer (dis)service keeps promising that the issue will be fixed, but nothing else is done. Very frustrating and totally disappointed.
UPDATE 05/30/2023:
Well, I lost another 200 subscribers within a couple of days. What I get now is that subscribers are only good for one year. A lot of money is charged for this "rental". One thing for sure, I wouldn't waste my money with them.
