I bought a holiday gift on December 13 and didn't receive an order confirmation, but my credit card was charged. When it didn't arrive two weeks later, I used the contact form on the website to ask for the status, but never got a reply. It arrived almost three weeks later in mid January, having been shipped from China. Recommend avoiding.

Due to a poor internet connection, I accidentally double-booked tickets for an attraction. The site called me to double-check and cancelled the second booking painlessly. The prices for this particular attraction, the High Roller, were the best I'd found.
