DHL forwarded my package to this so call company. I started by saying that I would like more details on my shipment and started to spell out my tracking number. I was interrupted by a rude agent who was lecturing me that his system was not ready and I should first explain the situation and then he will tell me how he will proceed because he is in charge and he is asking the questions. Dude! I don't want to be rude but you are a customer agent at lower tier courier company. I don't believe your are enlisted for a Nobel price so please, leave your attitude at the door when you check-in in the morning.
