I purchased two tickets from CheapOair for my brothers on February 20,2019, for them to travel on March 16,2019. When my brothers got to the airport they were sent home and said they need a visa to travel with the airline. Where they were traveled did not require a visa only a passport. I called CheapOair and let them know the situation and could not help me and was told to go book the ticket from another airline and would refund me the money back to purchase the new tickets. I did everything I was told to do and now denied me my refunds of $ 1,433.94. Until now this issue has not resolved and I even requested a credit no resolution.
Now it is January 22,2020, no one has contacted me to fix this issue. The resolution I am seeking for treating me unfairly and bad customer service experience. I need all of my money back I was told that will be refunded to me to pay for the new replacement tickets.
This is my experience and it is painful and I will not want anyone to go through that. I feel like they care more about making money and keeping the customer money instead of helping to resolve the issue. This is a huge amount of money I cannot afford to lose.

You are just decided to send the travelers home with no explanation and kept $1,433.94. I was told to repurchase another two tickets round trip for them with another airline and will receive a refund to pay the new tickets. I did what you told me to do now you are refusing to refund my money back. You are a liar, you don't care about helping customers but taking their money. I paid you are $1,433.94 and I don't understand why you think you're entitled to keep $1433. 94 from a single parent. You need to learn how to do your job and providing accurate information to customers so things like do not happen again. I am tired of dealing with this situation and it's almost a year with no resolution. I need my money back. You are putting me through so much pain and suffering and you are don't do something about it you will hear from my lawyer. The response you sent to me has nothing to do with the issue because my brother did not need a visa to travel where there were going and they have already traveled and been back home. You also requested proof of purchase for the new tickets and I sent them to you but you are still determined to keep the money and have no trouble doing it because that's what you do according to many reviews on the website. I have been very patient with you and I need you are to step up and get this issue resolved. *******

I purchased this item on October 7, the estimated time was 7-15 business days. I received an email on October 16 my items have been shipped. The items did not come as expected and came more than a week later. I contacted the merchant on October 23,2019, through email because there is no phone available to call and this is the only way to contact the merchant. An email was sent to me to track the items. When I tried to track the shipping was not available. I contacted FedEx just like the representative said in the email. FedEx representative said the item was not shipped yet only a label was created on October 23,2019. I was supposed to receive the items on that day I contacted FedEx, October 23,2019. I sent another email the same day to the merchant to cancel the order for lying to me because the items were never shipped to me. I received an email saying the items were shipped to me and didn't. I have been contacted the merchant for so many times and did not pay attention to my email and what I am asking for and kept sending automatic messages to me repeatedly. I went on the website and filled out the form to contact them but keep sending me the same response back. The items still here in the box waiting from them. All I am asking them to provide me with a free shipping label to send the items back. Another situation, when I got the items, they were not what I expected. The items are made with cheap material and they did not fit me either. I was already changed my mind since the items never came, but when I received them later, on November 2,2019, I was hoping to change my mind, but they did not fit. I ordered size 8/ and half; the items are not the true size. I tried to contact the merchant too many times and did not comply with me to resolve the issue. The merchant knows exactly what they are doing to rip people of. Please do not reverse the money back to them. The items still in the box and I cannot wear them because they do not fit. They need to comply and send me a free shipping label to send the items back to them.
I just receive your mail on November 29,2019, which was on Saturday when I called you was closed on Saturday. I do not want to close this case and I do not want you to give the merchant free money for items I cannot wear. I need them to send me a free label and an address to send their items back to them.
