Poor quality clothing which could not be exchanged or returned. Customer service is not their forte.

Tip for consumers:
I received the items as a gift. They did not fit. Their website indicates they are currently for sale at the purchase price. After three calls to different customer service levels, I was told that the 21 day return policy was being enforced, although I did not receive them until after 21 days from purchase. My experience appears identical to many. Since many of their stores are closed or closing, I am not surprised.

Products used:
None-all are such poor quality. Unusable.
