Customer care stinks - After ordering my camera online for a good price I was happy with my purchase. That was before I got an email telling me that I had to call before the order would be processed. I thought this was a good security practice but it was only an excuse for high pressure sales. After the guy badgered me to buy more stuff I "absolutely needed" he tacked on a $30.00 insurance charge that is not memtioned on the website when you place your order. When I called to complain about the extra charge the guy was so rude that we got nowhere. I waited until the customer service opened 2 days later and if possible, they were even ruder! He raised his voice and mocked me like a school yard bully. I have never delt with a more unprofessional bunch of people. When I asked to speak to a superviser I was transfered around and then a recording came on saying the customer service department was closed for the day ( 10 minutes after it opened!) I will NEVER order from this website again and I will tell anyone that will listen about my negative experience.
