We purchased a cargo carrier and when it was delivered the box was completely busted open.The carrier was damaged and hardware was just dropped on the porch. When we called Quadratic they were super helpful. We explained what happened and they shipped out another cargo carrier to us right away; delivery was even made on a Sunday. They also paid to have the first one picked up. Thank you Quadratic for great customer service.
Customer Service was spot on. The gentleman was very nice, apologized for the damaged package and merchandise He immediately placed a new order for us and it arrived within 3 days. Thank you for excellent customer service!
