I bought a ticket from this scam website. When I went to the airport, the airline did not honor the ticket so I was stranded. I have not been able to get a refund from mytrip, the airline who says they don't have a record of it and it been a nightmare dealing with my credit card company
These scamsters have mastered the art of fraudulently fighting a chargeback. They just send 20 pages of junk to the credit card company who is too lazy to read it and takes it as fact.
So a good way to report these scums is directly to MasterCard and Visa at the following sites

Report the to your States Consumer Protection Office Here: www.usa.gov/state-consumer
Point them to this site the shows all the other victims of these frauds and explain your situation in detail.
