When originally subscribing I received the message that I was unsuccessful so I used a different e card site. I received an email next day thanking me for subscribing. I then emailed *******@support.bluemountain.com and stressed I wanted my subscription cancelled and they were not to charge me. One week later (today) I received another congratulations on your subscription email and just noticed that they also charged my account AUD$11.40.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this site. It is misleading and cancelling a subscription is difficult as you need to supply them a lot of information when all you want to do is tell them they’re useless and you don’t want to be charged!!
