Really great customer service! Every single time I listen to Mark, take his advice, do it his way, I am the benefactor. Mark knows his business, he knows plumbing, he knows how to solve every single plumbing problem, and if you listen to him, you will be as thrilled as I am with the end results. Quality work, professional courteous service, and value pricing equals very happy customers. Husband and I will always call Mark Turner for our plumbing needs. Always.

On Tuesday November 1 2022, I received a notice that I won an Amazon eGC, with instructions to respond within 48 hours. I responded on Wednesday, November 2,2022, less than 24 hours later. I never received the prize. I asked about it again on 12/26/22, Susan Cutler said she would check on it that day. I asked about it again on 1/18/23, Susan Cutler said she would check on it that day. I asked about it again on 2/9/23, Susan Cutler said on 2/21/93 she would check on it that day. I also contacted Fresh Fiction by Facebook Message on 2/20/23 and 3/1/23 with no response to either message. Promises made should be promises kept. I followed the rules and I won the prize. I just never received it. Authors, beware! When Fresh Fiction cheats your readers, they may cheat you, too!

I was invited in February 2022 for a survey study on Zoom. It sounded interesting and I was intrigued. I logged in, as per the instructions, 15 minutes before the interview appointment. And, I waited. Thirty minutes passed, and no moderator joined me. I sent an email to the Murray Hill employee who invited me, and told them I was both annoyed and discouraged. The employee apologize, said they would try to find out what happened, and said they would be happy to pay me the promised payment because I kept the appointment, but Murray Hill failed to keep their appointment. Two months passed. I sent an email to the employee who was my contact, no response. I sent an email to Murray Hill, days passed, subsequently they informed me Murray Hill would not sending me the promised payment - they would not keep their promise. I am a retired executive for an oil company you would recognize, I am the past legal counsel. When one goes to court because a business or personal check has been returned "Insufficient Funds" or "Account Closed," the court sees that check as a "Promise to Pay" and acts on that broken promise. Murray Hill owed me money, and whether it was insufficient funds or account closed, Murray Hill broke their "Promise to Pay." I have no more time to waste with that company - there are many more companies who seek my input.

I joined the site during the first week it became active, and have enjoyed every moment of my membership. The webmaster is present every day, and reachable whenever there is an issue. I see a lot of people contributing in whatever way makes them happy. It is a welcoming place to visit, every day like me or every once in a while, if that is what you choose. I remain convinced that there is nothing more contagious than kindness. I am so grateful that SweepsAtlas is a safe place where snark and rudeness are neither encouraged nor tolerated; most of us have been subjected repeatedly to both. There is a kind of boldness online with faceless communication that makes snark and rudeness easier - by and large both are most often without consequence. Kindness becomes easier with practice, second nature to most, and appreciated by all of us. And, that is the word that keeps coming to mind when I think of SweepsAtlas - kindness. And, that is a place where I feel like I belong. Winning helps a lot, too!

Once a month they offer samples. It is very difficult to qualify for the samples, then it takes a long time to receive them. It has become far more geared towards "surveys for samples" or pay for a membership or purchase something in exchange for a sample. It is really an aggravating situation, and to add to the frustration, too many site problems without any resolution or problem solved. By the time customer support answers your question, it is usually, "try again next month (wink, wink, giggle...) The samples have all been claimed (false sadness, shrug...)" Simply put, PinchMe does not value my time. PinchMe does not VALUE ME. PinchMe will not value your time, either.

So disappointing to see the downfall... Rarely even updated anymore. No points for prizes, only sweepstakes entries, and that wastes my time.
