They took my money in April. When I eventually received the product, 20 days after it was promised to arrive, it was the wrong product. They promised a replacement in 5 and then in 20 days. I tried to be patient, but after 30 days I reached out and they would only say to be patient, it would ship momentarily. After 45 days, I asked for a refund because it was now more than 2 months after I was originally supposed to get the product. They refused saying again that it would ship within days. At 60 days, I decided enough was enough and initiated a charge back via my card. The card company didn't ask any questions once they heard it was TeeChip, and gave me my money immediately.
