Took literally 5 weeks to get my refund. They used the slowest return shipping method imaginable and had it shipped to different warehouses. So the shipping of the return took 2 weeks for them to receive. Then, it took them another 3 weeks to process the refund. This is even after me following up with them 5 times and each time I was told everything is on schedule and to be patient. 5 weeks is unacceptable in 2022. Products are 5-star so buy from a 3rd party and avoid at all costs buying direct. Hard to believe a high end company that charges as much as they do could fail so miserably in customer service. Don't believe me, look at all their negative reviews about the exact same horror stories of returns. The CEO or executive I'm charge of returns needs to be fired for letting this go on for so long. Unacceptable
