I wish there was a no star overall rating option because they don't deserve 1 star. I ordered a countertop oven for $152.99. No order confirmation or tracking info after 8 days. I called their phone number, it was "out of service". Sent them emails with no reply. Luckily I used Paypal. I filed a complaint and only 3 hrs later Paypal emailed me back to tell me I was getting a full refund. That says a lot right there!
