I have used LD for years with no problems, this past month I placed my usual order. It's been 2 weeks, no reply as to shipping or order placement. My credit card was charged the day after the order. Have sent numerous emails and called numerous times with no reponse what so ever. Finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge.
