“Pathetic Customer service”

They will not replace or refund my glasses because the lens continue to crack. 2ND PAIR IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS. I would give zero stars if you could. The manager told me it is what it is. East Washington location. Said they would call me back that evening and have not heard from them since ( 2 days ago). Very poor service! Take a look at the cracking. Told me to order plastic frames because it might happen again.

Tip for consumers:
Enough said. Stanton Optical did me no favors

Not just do they sell you a pair of bad eyes glasses they lie to you if ask them do you take vsp...
