Order was never picked and after waiting for vague answers multiple times after a month i got frustrated and wanted to cancel with a full refund. Guess what happened? They created a shipping label claiming my order was shipped that day so not only did i not get a refund like i asked but now it will be lost in the mail with no clear answer as to whether it was actually picked physically. I believe someone over there is trying to avoid answering their boss why they might be losing money so they do these shady business tactics to avoid getting questioned or fired.
