I ordered two creams for my sisters psoriasis's and they never came (worth 68€). Carethy team never find a solution just replied once and offered me credit, which I did not need and I wanted my money back. So I have lost my money and did not even get my products. Very very very poor customer service. Sad to see that this kind of company sells some world famous brands, embarrassing.

I never got my product, very disappointed. Poor poor poor! Do not order from them
