I ordered 4 pants and a blouse in sizes 4 and 6. Emmiol sent one in small and four in medium. (Apparently, you order in sizes such as 4,6, etc., and they convert them to s,m,l in whatever they have available.) Their 1st "solution" to correct Emmiol's Error is for me to give them to a friend and they will send a $10 gift card. The 2nd "solution" was for me to pay to ship them to China $$$$ or receive a 15% refund for my $160 purchase. The lesson is that if is an Emmiol error, the customer takes an 85% loss. Never again! Emmoil does not correct their mistakes!
Update: Since posting two reviews, Emmiol has now offered to "only" keep 50% of my purchase price and that I can keep the clothes that I cannot wear. They have also asked that I remove my posts. I have added the photo of the email.
Update 2: Emmoil wants me to pay for shipping but will refuse package if it is insured for more than $10.00. Email is posted below.
