I have written to your customer service person (Alvin). I showed him the response from the postal service indicating that the item has been returned to sender. Yet this was insufficient to initiate the refund.
The postal service has advised that if Banggodd wants further details and investigation, it needs to be the one to initiate the request. The buyer cannot initiate this. The reason is because you hold all the required documents. One possibility is that you have written incorrectly the delivery information on the actual package itself. So far Banggood still has not initiated the request for investigation. So we are going round in circles and I am left in limbo.
The frustration of this process would make any reader of this review think twice before purchasing from Banggood. It was a lot more painless dealing with Amazon and Ebay.
Online shopping is meant to be cheap and painless. Yet your lack of customer service is the very reason why it's the luck of the draw when things go wrong.
Had this matter been resolved earlier (and it is only a small sum, but a fundamental principle of right and wrong), you would have had the goodwill of a lifelong customer. Instead, by prolonging the agony of the protracted process, you have created for yourself a lot of bad publicity and a loss of trust of this buyer and all readers reading this review.
