I bought a remote in Dec 22. A month later stick drift was already occurring as well as buttons randomly not working. Scuf has given me the run around and I can't get the remote repaired. Faulty item as well as Faulty company! Please don't waste your time...go dual sense! I have also come to realize that scuf prioritizes any feedback on trust pilot. If you are looking for a quick response from Scuf post there and you'll get a response to your review. After that patience is of essence but scuf still continues to disappoint as they are slow to repair and when you use the RMA number they really don't give you a detailed process to see the progress of the repair. But trust pilot is the way to go!
