They delayed my items and threatened to cancel my orders unless I acknowledged an email after i had ordered and paid for 2 items. Why would they do this? I guess that everyone that orders from them NEEDS the items asap. Once paid every item should be shipped. End of story. I had left a note on the order asking that if possible please don't ship the accessories as Medical items otherwise I will have to go to the hospital queue up for ages and get a new doctors certificate just to receive basic cpap accessories otherwise customs will not release the items to me. It was a request only. It should not have stopped the process of sending me the items!.
