I placed an order on May 13,2021 during the 11am hour. I choose the overnight shipping for $14.99. Assuming I would get my items on May 14,2021. I received a FedEx message stating my order would arrive between 8:30am and 12:59pm on May 14,2021. 2 pm came and nothing yet. I checked FedEx again and it stated my item would arrive on May 15,2021. So I contacted FASHIONNOVA.com and asked them, since I paid for overnight shipping and your company couldn't send me my stuff overnight, is there a way I could get a refund. Overnight shipping was $14.99. I was told that they would not give me a refund as they have no control over FedEx. As of 8:37 pm I still have not received my items. When I check FedEx, it now says to expect my items on May 17,2021. This is a poor service to offer if you can't deliver when you say you can. I'm writing this review because I don't think this is a fair practice and businesses should not be able to get away with stuff like this. Something should be in place to refund the customer's money if the item doesn't make it overnight. I placed this order for a May 15th 2021 event, even though I paid for overnight shipping two days in advance, I will receive my item 2 days after my event. FASHIONNOVA should stop this fraud practice or people should start bringing lawsuits over the companies that do stuff like that. To anyone that reads this, FASHIONNOVA does offer overnight shipping because friends placed their orders after I did and they received their items this morning but mine seemed to have got lost in transit. I just think there should be a refund policy for something like that. No percentage off the next purchase because I don't know when I might receive my next item. I don't think I will order from this site again.

Just be careful when choosing overnight shipping. It works for some and in my case , it didn’t work and there is no refund. If you have a special event definitely order a week or two before.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that PayPal has decided to refund me my money contingent on me returning the used synthetic wigs back to China. I must say that it was a bit pricey to send the items back to China. I paid $70 something for the 4 wigs and $80 to ship them back. The company never responded to me directly but once. That was to offer me a partial refund of $1.00. I noticed that the website has changed their name from hedyhairs. Shop to heiheihair. Shop. They also changed their email address as well. Please use caution when visiting this site.

Used synthetic wigs
I just want to warn people of this fake website called hedyhairs. Shop. It advertises a deal, any 3 wigs only $39. I placed an order on January 12,2021 of 4 wigs and was charged $76.39. After placing my order they sent me a confirmation email breaking down my purchase. It was not what was advertised, so I tried to contact them. I emailed them and got an email error. I called twice, first time the phone just ranged no voicemail. The second time, I called and blocked my number to see if someone would answer and a female picked up and told me that I had the wrong number. I paid through PayPal and eventually filed a dispute. After trying to reach this company who keeps changing their email address with no avail. I get a item shipped notice the day after I file my dispute with PayPal. Today I received my supposed to be shipment. Pictures are everything. Hopefully this helps others from being scammed. All the reviews are fake reviews and unfortunately I found out the hard way. The first picture is of my actual order and the second picture is what they sent me today. Please don't purchase from this website. It is a scam.

Hello everyone! After writing my review of the company, someone did contact me. I was asked to submit images, same ones in my review so that the company could look them over. Maybe a week or so later, I was sent an email stating that I would receive a full refund. As of today August 5,2020 I haven't received anything yet. I lost so much money with several other websites that I tried local white hat hackers to no avail. I eventually gave up. If you have the patience and funds I would say continue to search but before making a purchase, research the company and definitely check reviews and better business bureau or scam.com. Good luck everyone
I purchased this to the tune of $129. I only purchased because on its website it says you don't need physical access to the device. As soon as I purchased and opened up the link to download, it said you must have physical access to the device to install the link on. I sent a refund request but no response. This site needs to be taken down ASAP.
