I have ordered MANY times over the last 2 years and love everything they come out with! The rings are pretty unlike other candle companies and the products really smell great. I even found a beautiful big $100 ring in my hand soap! I've talked with customer service a few times and whether I call or email, they are always very polite and helpful. Love JewelScent and will continue to order from this great company!
Tip for consumers:
My tip for everyone is to read the disclaimer when it comes to the promotions or ask someone who sells jewelscent. I've seen many comments about the free ring promo being the wrong size and the disclaimer always says that sizes and styles will vary.
