I requested an Unlock code on March 31,2017. After a week I contacted customer service to enquire when I would receive my code. Did not get the decency of a response. I opened a complaint on March 10 with PayPal and sent two messages thu PayPal to the seller. No response. I escalate my complaint to a claim. PayPal sent a message to the seller requesting a response. No response. My claim was resolved in my favour and my Pay Pal account recieved a refund from PayPal on April 24,25 days with out a phone. These poeple dont seem to know how to run a business and wasted my time. Further the. Ca does not mean they are a Canadian company. In fact they are located in the US.
