My Facebook book account was hacked and taken over This site kept popping up. I was frustrated so accidentally clicking on the several times. I ask how much they charged. She ask what the problem was I explained she said it was $1 to talk to a specialists for Facebook. I paid the they automatically stated texting me. One to ask questions the to try to upgrade or well something 8 just declined. After a few minutes of then texting instructing my to go to Facebook and report it. The same this that are clearly verbatim on Facebook. I stated I had tried all of this. She said read the instructions carefully. I ask if this was all the information they to solve my problem. She said yes so I told to stop texting me and do not change my card any further. I logged into my card. The $1 charge was post which was what I aggreed to. But a few minutes later they debited $46 from my account. This was mentioned no place. I returned to site there was an option to pay $39 to speak to and expert. I did not speak with an expert on the site. Just answer is a rip off.

I have a gift card so I ordered a pair of shoes from sears/kmart.com. I ordered a size 8. I received a box that said size 8 on the outside. Inside was one size 6 1/2 shoe and one size 9 shoe. I requested a refund. (which I had to take to a ups drop off location). I received 2 emails stating that I had to return them in original unworn condition. I called customer service the lady I spoke to did not understand what I was talking about she ask if that meant I had to different shoes. I then placed an order because I have a sears gift card. I ordered a 2 package of XXL sports bras. I received 1 size XS sports bra. I called customer service again. I'm waiting them to contact the company to get a return label. The last order was placed on 01/24/2021.

This company trolls the web gathering information on people. They do not verify that any of the information is accurate. They sell their I'll gotten information to companies. They do not care who they ruin by providing wrong information ( or information from another person with same name). I contact them about wrong information (I used multiple SS numbers)given to a company about myself. This was the first time I had heard of company. I received a response that they didn't have any file on me.

This is second tine I have purchased a year membership to AARP. Not obe discount. Website information worthless. Very dissatisfied. Don't waste your money.
