Love how as a first time buyer, I could easily use Apple Pay, then they send me 1)confirmation of order, 2) confirmation that I want marketing info from them, in a separate email. Totally appreciated not having to receive their ads/sell my consumer soul just bc I bought a gift for someone on their site.

Trying to buy 1 item as a gift, check out as a guest-cannot check out/can't get past the contact page. Antiquated, inaccessible, certainly not user-friendly…and very rude CSR who wouldn't let me finish a sentence and hung up on me. Not worth it.
