Found a great, and very unique, jacket for my daughter's wedding. Ordered it at least 4-5 weeks in advance. First issue was it was "back-ordered." They offered an alternative that wasn't acceptable and so we asked them to refund the money. Magically, they found the jacket and sent it our way. Upon receipt it had a really bad hemming issue in the left sleeve. They asked to give us a credit of $25 and we could go get it fixed locally (we know this repair would have pushed $100) and we said no. Asked them to swap it out and they asked us to send them a picture of the shipment receipt. We did and then there was silence (and BTW, the shipping was at our expense). By this time we were two weeks from the wedding. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Three days passed. Day of wedding: I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." I got confirmation of shipment. I asked them to stop the shipment and refund the money. SUPER disappointed holistically - never got the jacket that would have been really cool to have for her wedding. Wore no jacket.
