They don't know what they are doing. I am a entrepreneur and running two start ups. I hired them because I don't have time to do the web sites even though I know how.
The told me they could do what i needed. Then after I paid - suddenly they cant and want more money but that isn't the worst of it.
They switched me from person to person because they just could not understand how to design my site with MY vision, MY graphics MY info. All they had to do was present the themes to choose from that would accommodate my request and then discuss what I want on it and have me submit it all and then place it. They would take hours talking with me and then do what they wanted to do anyway. Then we would have to go to square one yet again..., and again... and again.
Some code would have to be written of course, but it is a simple site! The other part was more complex, I am actually glad at this point that I did not pay them the extra money they wanted to do what they originally said they could. I am submitting a formal dispute today.
Tip for consumers:
Don't. Just don't.
I am a very fair and unbiased person but as a business man I spend more hours and time with these people than it cost them to produce a static page that still did not show they heard what I need.
They don't know what they are doing. And they are based in india if that matters to you, but if you aske them, they won't admit it. You can tell by the way the phone cuts on and off.

None. There was nothing viable to use
They can't even do a professional ZOOM consult with you to go over anything. They tell you that you get to choose from two templates BEFORE they really even know what you want. What they did I could have done myself for a total of 75.00 , not 2,500
