After sending our money for a car rental from this unprofessional company, we were then told the IBAN number they sent was incorrect and they sent another IBAN number. Feeling something wasn't quite right we didn't send a further 4500 lira and now after a week we have still not received our refund. We have rung them numerous times and they have not answered. Now the number does not connect and we are still awaiting a refund! Dispicable behaviour. Please do not deal with unprofessional, disgusting company.
