I ordered a personalized cup for my mother with all of her grandchildren. I was extremely excited to give her this gift. I emailed the company about my order because there was no details about when I would get my shipment. I got an order confirmation and was ready to ship weeks ago. A response from customer service told me they were sincerely sorry my order was delayed. Assured me it was on the way. Then another email about 5-6 days later saying it was in transit and again they were sincerely sorry it was delayed. Said it was the carrier. Then tells me I would get it January 15 at the latest! Seriously?! This was a Christmas gift! A sincere apology would be refunding someone's money. I wish I had saw reviews before I order from them.
