I mean the site works well but the moment you have an issue and try contact their support team to get your money back after receiving nothing from the seller you will get no reply... it's one week away from being a month since i posted my support ticket and still not a response sadly i can't recommend this website due to the bad support although the site itself operates quick if you get scammed or anything expect no response or help... even as someone who has purchased frequently on the site... recommend checking elsewhere

Hello Brandon,

I'm terribly sorry you were unable to get replies from our staff. For cases like these, it's always best to go ahead and cancel the order, and this is also the reason why we make it available right off the bat. As for receiving gold in the wrong server, we recommend buyers and sellers to talk it out before the order is placed, because once the order goes through, it's usually final because the system assumes the buyer is completely aware of the service/gold he purchased, and also to make it fair to the seller.
