I did a mobile deposit of a check. Three days after it was made available to me, Varo closed my account, with no warning and reason. I finally got someone at Varo in the phone and was told that it will be three weeks before I would get my money back. They had already held my check for three weeks. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY 🤬
Bunch of liars! I didn't get my promotional gift cer6as promised by several of their reps over the phone. My internet signal drops 2 - 3 times a day, interrupting my TV program.
Tip for consumers:
Don't believe anything they tell you. The promotional gift card ads are bogus just to get your business. I will be Chas soon as possible to a different service.

Due to misleading and false advertisement on their website, i bought an item that didn't do what is said, and yhey are refusing to issue a full refund. Don't buy from these crooks!

Sitel is sorry! They will not let their employee's do what they need to take care of its' members. Sitel has so many technical problems that members end up get staying on hold for 30 minutes or getting disconnected. Then they blame it on the people they have hired and fire them. Next time you call Costco.com ask they person who's answering the phone if they work for Sitel. If they say yes, tell them you can't do business with them.
