I ordered a pair of Neumel Platform Chelsea and got an email of delivery but it was not delivered. I checked and saw it was delivered to another address although my address is clearly on my order. I called Ugg and the representative, Aleeshia told me to call UPS for my package. I explained that UGG is the one that sent it to the wrong address. UPS delivered it where they told them to. She pretty much told me to figure it out. I am done with UGG.
Tip for consumers:
ThatUGG does not stand behind their orders. Once they get your money, you are on your own whether you receive the product or not.
