I used their trackers for many years with no problems but switched to another brand about two years ago. I tried a few times to cancel without success and then forgot about it for a long time. I called about once a month for the past few months and ended up on hold for 30+ minutes every time before hanging up without a resolution. Finally got through today after a 45 minute wait only to be told it would cost $350 to cancel my contract. Even though I've been charged monthly for the last two years for trackers that are not even hooked up or activated. I've attached a photo of the two replacement trackers that were sent to me nearly two years ago and were never installed or activated.
