I cashed out 30$ to a prepaid Mastercard, got the email with the code to redeem 2 days later, however an error came up to call customer service, which I did, and could not be helped because I could not provide the "sponsoring company" I read the entire summary of prepaid MC to the rep, but nothing matched. He instructed me to contact inbox dollars, which there is no phone number only an email that takes up to 30 days to reply. A previous attempted contact to inbox dollars customer service email yielded in an automated response 3 weeks later, to wait for a real response for another 30 days. Very frustrating to say the least
