About Me

68 Years old, retired, living temporarily in NM. Planning on returning to my job at the Iwakuni, Japan, Marine Base outside Hiroshima.

How I Can Help

I don't like being cheated and lied to. Filed a complaint against Bridgecrest with the Better Business Bureau too.

First, after I paid off the $17,000, they never notified me there was an additional $63 interest charge. I found this out when I realized they never sent me the title. So I paid that, notified them, and they told me they would mail me it, not the NM Dept of Motor Vehicles.

Never happened. I gave them a month. So I called them again and they told me they would send me paperwork to get a copy from the Dept of Motor Vehicles. A week now and nothing.

Either they were lying when they said they would send it to me, or something else here is going on.

I refinanced the Vehicle thru Navy Federal, they didn't tell me they needed it until later. Thankfully I am paid thru the end of 2022, so I think I can get around any increase in the interest rate.

I am going to the Dept of Motor Vehicles to see if they got a digitized version of it.

Bottom line, Bridgecrest can't be trusted to be upfront and honest.

Tip for consumers:
Research who is writing the underlying loan when you buy a car online.

Products used:
Auto financing thru Carvana. No issues with them.

Fraudulently associating themselves with Sandra Bullock, among others. They advertise buy 2 get one free for their CBD gummies, then as you place your order, up pops an additional discount. On top of that, they expect you to see and opt out of buying CBD drops, and it isn't clear is it is a subscription service or not. Trying to look up their information, good luck. No BBB information. Then they charge you full bore for everything. So stupid me, thinking I bas buying about $60 of stuff, the email acknowledgement was for $200. They have credited me for the drops, already, but I haven't been invoiced for the $200 yet.

Tip for consumers:
They have more fake review sites than any company I have ever researched.
