I purchased five frosted glass white boards and three of them came defective and another was a slightly different color than the others. Customer service was a nightmare—each response was generic and from one of eight different representatives and every representative said they couldn't refund because the courier couldn't be charged for damage after five days (even though products were clearly defective from the factory and the courier shouldn't be charged).
Order from somewhere more expensive; it's not worth any discount. I wasted a ton of time trying to resolve this with their customer service. In the end they sent two replacement boards but it took me months and MANY emails.
I tried leaving a review on their website that included pictures, but the site didn't allow me to submit it on the two web browsers I tried. Seems like a shady company.
