I wished I had read the review here cause it would have prepared me for what was coming. I placed an order on the 3rd of December as my oldest 2 children (5 & 3) picked out something special for their mom for Christmas. I have had the order in for 10+ business days now. I have called customer service for an update and sat on hold for over 1:30 hours each of the 4 times I have tried calling. I have even tried emailing them for an update. The first email got a reply claiming my order would ship 5 days ago now. When that came and went I gave them 2 days because of covid. Since then none of my emails have been answered and part of my has finally shipped. Horrific company, buy from someone else. I highly doubt my kids gift for my wife will arrive before Christmas now, let alone before the end of December.
I even talked to an employee and they are "going to see what is going on" when I began voicing my concerns and anger over the lack of information and constant delays.
