I have been a customer of Backdrop Outlet. They used to be good. There is no phone number to speak to a live person because they don't want to deal with you. I ordered a Backdrop June 25. It is now October 3 and I still have not received what I paid for. I know I am not the only one who has complained about this company not supplying purchases to customers buyer beware.
Tip for consumers:
Any company that does good fair business should have a phone # you can call. This company used to have a customer service I could speak directly to I believe they’ve got too many complaints and unfulfilled orders that they didn’t want to deal with the customer directly. This is the second order that did not ship timely aka month eventually got my first order as of yet i have read reviews where people say they did not get their product or their money back.
Products used:
Backdrops I suggest not getting plastic like paper it damages easily and you can’t get wrinkles, puckers, or creases out. I suggest fabric or canvas. Canvas shows more detail.
