I just joined 4 days ago. The wall Pilates workout are amazing but what's even better is you can choose to keep going after your initial workout is done. Yesterday I tried the abs workout and I am so sore today, but that good sore where you know your body got a good work out in. Combining these workouts with meditation has also helped a lot with my mental health. The best part of this app is that it lets you air drop a friend to have work out with you at the same time. I actually did it with my one friend and the next day she signed up for the 28 day plan like I did. Love this app! Thank you better me!
