100% of the positive reviews on this site are written by people who work for Chic Me. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES! Stole ove4 $140 of my money back in NOVEMBER. My package still to this very day is "outbound in sorting center" in China. The parcel was guaranteed by December 8th, and they hadn't even shipped it by then! I had to literally tell them to ship my order after three weeks! They claim it takes 3-7 business days for the order to ship. That is a LIE. Anyway, after the new year, when I saw the package still hadn't left China, I asked for a refund since I am obviously NEVER going to get this. They have spent the last few weeks copying and pasting the same COMPLETE NONSENSE into emails refusing to refund my STOLEN money! They didn't even create a shipping label until January 11th, A WEEK AFTER I requested a refund! And USPS still hasn't even received it yet. They literally tried to convince me that it hasn't arrived yet because it has been "snowing heavily" (in LOS ANGELES!) for two months! Additionally, they insist that they can't cancel the order because it's in regular transit (it isn't, literally hasn't moved in six weeks!) and that they're "urging the logistics company to update tracking information, and to be patient because it takes a few days (it's been SIX WEEKS since they lied and said they "shipped" this!) The "logistics company", USPS, OBVIOUSLY, can't update tracking information FOR A PACKAGE THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED! They also tried to blame US customs, when again, IT IS IN CHINA! THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY states that after 5 days past the guaranteed delivery time frame (which was 6 weeks ago) they will offer a store credit or refund. They say now that there is "nothing more" they can do... but they have not DONE anything except LIE AND STEAL! There is literally a group on social media called "Chic me victims" with over 1900 members who are all in the same boat as me! I wish I had seen that group before I stupidly gave my hard earned money away to THIEVES!

Customers shouldn't have to beg you to ship their orders 2 weeks later. Reputable companies ship in a timely fashion and at least contact you/offer upgraded shipping if that's not possible. Yandy just wants to hold onto your money. My (reasonable) request for upgraded shipping was ignored. The second I asked for a full refund, all their fulfillment delay issues were magically solved and my order was shipped... economy, so I still won't get it on time. Every aspect of this transaction has been unacceptable.
